How placement works
We group athletes by skill, not age.
Kids move up during the season as they improve.
A lower group is not a judgment. It's where your kid will get the most touches and learn fastest.
Indoor and beach together
Your athlete can play both. Beach makes indoor players better ball handlers and smarter hitters.
Beach is also a real college pathway, with NCAA programs across the country.

What age can my child start?
VolleyKids starts at age 4. Youth programs run through age 18.
How are groups chosen?
By skill, not age. Coaches move athletes up during the season.
Can my kid play indoor and beach?
Yes. Lots of our athletes play both, and our schedule is built around indoor seasons.
What does travel cost beyond tuition?
Families pay for their own flights or driving, hotel, meals and memberships. The season fee covers BVCA entry, coaching and a share of coach travel. See Travel Teams.
